Whether you are receiving a hair or skin care care service we want to ensure that your visit with us is as seamless and comfortable as possible. Keep reading to see what to expect at your first visit.
MAKING THE APPOINTMENT
Your experience starts by choosing one of our new client package time blocks that best fits your needs and the desired results you are looking for. We ask that all new guests fill out a NEW GUEST FORM prior to booking so that we can be better prepared for your service. When we receive your new guest application form, you will receive an email or call within 24-48 hours and we will walk you through booking an appointment.
ARRIVE AT THE SALON
When you arrive at the salon you will be greeted by one of our receptionists or stylists. You'll then be asked to wait in our waiting area or if your stylist is ready they will guide you back to their station. We offer free wi-fi, water, coffee and snacks to help you relax while you're in the salon.
THE CONSULTATION
After being seated our first priority is making sure we understand everything we need to know about your hair. To get to your hair goals, we need to know your color history, your daily hair routine, and your current hair struggles and what you like and dislike. We'll look at inspiration photos if needed and determine a custom plan that will suit you and your lifestyle.
MAKING THE MAGIC HAPPEN
After your consultation your stylist will get to work on your custom color formulation. In every step we use top of the line hair color and products to be sure you are receiving the healthiest, longest lasting results possible. We strive to work efficiently to stay on schedule and to be respectful of your time, but we will never sacrifice the quality of our work by rushing your service. During the service we will discuss maintaining the longevity of your color, product recommendations and at home styling tips.

We will always make sure you are comfortable with a warm cup of coffee or a cup of water during your time in the salon. Your time is valuable to us and we want your experience to be warm and relaxing.
